Winter readiness

We provide a service for all caravan and mobile homes owners to prevent frost damage over the winter period.

• Drain down domestic water pipes, clear and drain plugs, add anti freeze to wastes and disconnect pipes underneath.
• Test system for anti-freeze, if system is below a certain concentration level we will then proceed to add anti-freeze to central heating system.
• Test and check all pipe work.

Spring readiness

Essentially this the same as getting ready for winter but in reverse.

• Fill up domestic water pipes, clear and drain plugs, remove and flush anti freeze and re-connect pipes underneath.
• Test and check all pipe work.

Gas certificates

An annual Landlord gas safety check (CP12) is a legal requirement if your mobile home or holiday let – even if you let to family and friends.

We complete a safety record of the whole gas installation including appliances e.g. with checks on gas tightness, regulator pressures, flueing and ventilation etc. together with remedial work if found to be required.
